Just when I was enjoying the sports section in my room, Scout has to come and bother me. She starts asking weird questions about snakes and then tells me she stepped on one. Of course its my job to get it out. When we swiped under her bed with the broom, out comes the dirtiest looking creature I have ever seen! It was Dill. I did not expect to see Dill this summer, but here he is! Scout looks beyond the initial consequences, I like Dill and all, but he is not worth getting in trouble. I called Atticus to straighten things out so we did not get in trouble for Dill's mistakes. Atticus was very confused that Dill ran away from home to Maycomb, but decides to let Dill stay after a few calls to his home. Aunt Alexandra couldn't believe Atticus let Dill stay. When she looks at Dill, it is almost like she doesn't see him, she sees an unstable family from which he comes. That is why I love football, people are judged by their abilities not by where they come from.
